Chocolate Chips Oat Cookies

Since I had an oven back home, I decided to made a few types of home made cookies to bring back to my parents and in-laws place in conjunction with CNY. I had been delaying and delaying in posting them up in the blog. This cookies will be great for chocolate lovers - oat with a tinge of crunch chocolate chips.

Ingredients

(A)

150g unsalted butter

100g brown sugar

30g sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla essence

15g milk

pinch of salt

(B)

250g flour

7g baking powder

2g baking soda

(C)

120g oat

120g chocolate chips

Methods

1. Beat A till fluffy and light.
2. Sift B and fold in lightly with C till become dough.
3. Roll the dough into small balls and place onto a greased tray.
4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180 Celsius.
