Wednesday, September 2, 2009

After a long holidays and a series of a strenuous tasks of making figurines and baking cuppies, I am back to my kitchen. After having pampering yummy home cooked food from Mum during the long weekend, I dreaded to think of eating outside with all the MSG food. So dinner was simple after looking thru my cookbooks and found hairy gourd with glass noodles. Silly me coz I don't really know what is hairy gourd thus resulted in me google-ing the Internet to look for it's image. What a joke right? Hehe... This dish was very aromatic due to the presence of dried shrimps in the recipe. This dish can be eaten on it's own without rice for those who wanted to cut down on their carbo intake.
