Cabbage Rolls

Tuesday, March 24, 2009

There are a half cabbage left after making the coleslaw last week. Therefore, I decided to use up the remaining cabbage to try a new recipe- cabbage rolls. From the pictures below, they do look like 'sui kow' or dumplings. The rolls made of cabbage do give some extra sweetness taste to the fillings since cabbage is sweet after cooked.

Cabbage rolls or dumpling? Hehe.. Of course its cabbage rolls..
